We will not pass on your information to any third parties. FriendBot may ask you for your personal details, while using the bot. However, you do not need to answer truthfully. We will not contact you, other than to reply directly to your messages. We will not send out spam or bulk emailing to you. Any logs of conversations will be kept securely, and in whole or part, will not be passed on. We will not make them available to the public, and will not be used for marketing purposes. Logs are kept solely for service improvement. Use of FriendBot via AIM is subject to AOL's Terms-they may collect data via the AOL IM Network. FriendBot does not contain any Adware or Spyware, and to our knowledge, does not link to any such content. FriendBot complies with the Children's Online Protection Act. We will not collect any personally identifiable information, other than what is detailed in AOL's IM User terms, and in our Privacy Policy.

The owner will not accept any responsibility for injury, personal harm, data loss or privacy loss, that may be a result of the use of FriendBot, this Website or emails from the FriendBot support team.

The Facebook name and logo is copyright Facebook 2008.

You also understand, that for the purpose of quality insurance, FriendBot may record your conversation, along with your AIM ID,  if using AIM, or a randomly assigned number, for web chat users. We will never use this data to compromise you, or your privacy. After a period of one month, this log data will be deleted from the FriendBot system. We do however keep a log archive on our computer systems. All archived log data, stored on our computers will be encrypted and security protected. We will never make these archives accessible to the public, and neither can be accessed through the internet.

System Maintenance on FriendBot and this Website is necessary to keep FriendBot running. we always try to keep these periods of downtime to a minimum, however, this is not always possible. Before maintenance, we will try to leave a message about it on the Hours of Operation page, however, we may need to carry urgent repairs, or FriendBot may malfunction. This makes it impossible for us to always give warning. 

The use of the FriendBot guest book is at your own risk. We will try our best to delete all inappropriate messages, although, this is not always possible. By using it, you accept that all messages left are suitable for a family audience. Occasionally, system maintenance may cause all messages left to be erased. Whilst we try to prevent this, it is not always possible.

FriendBot should always be available on the website, apart from during maintenance. Although, during peak times of traffic, the website may stop responding. We try to make FriendBot continually available on AIM, however from time to time he may shut down, until an operator can manually switch him back on. We will always try to minimise this.

We cannot guarantee the reliability of any data given through the keywords feature. Most of these are operated through third parties, such as the weather keyword.

ICQ users may experience frequent downtime, due to the newness of the system. We cannot guarantee security of this system.

FriendBot has the right to block any user that it wishes to. It also has the right to refuse to communicate with any user under any circumstance.

Links to websites found through FriendBot search are not affiliated with us; we cannot guarantee the reliability of their content. You surf them at your own risk, and we will not be held responsibility for anything found on them: inappropriate content; viruses; malware or miss-informative information.

The FriendBot Surveys are copyright FriendBot 2008. By completing any survey, please rest assured that any personal data collected will not be passed on. If you complete a token only survey, your token data, and personal details will not be matched to your survey results.

We reserve the right to withdraw the FriendBot Mail Script at any time. You must not use it to send malicious or spam emails. Any user found using the script to send messages other than to recommend FriendBot will be banned from the FriendBot website. We do not guarantee the privacy of emails, and a such, use is at your own risk.

FriendGal is provided under the same terms of FriendBot and the FriendBot Privacy Policy. Abuse of the "Learn" feature is strictly prohibited, and we will ban any user who deliberately does so. Continued use of FriendGal is acceptance of these terms.
